吸烟者烟雾中一氧化氮等自由基对机体抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:7

Effects of nitric oxide and other free radicals in smoke on antioxidative capacity of smokers

摘要 目的 探讨吸烟者烟雾中一氧化氮等自由基对机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法 检测1255例吸烟者(吸烟组)与524例非吸烟者(非吸烟组)血浆中一氧化氮(P-NO)、维生素C(P-VC)、维生素E(P-VE)、β-胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)、过氧化脂质(P-LPO)含量,以及红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(E-CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(E-GSH-Px)活性和过氧化脂质(E-LPO)含量。同时对73例吸烟者(戒烟组)于戒烟0.5年,1年后分别动态检测上述指标,并与相应非吸烟组配对比较。结果 与非吸烟组比较,吸烟组 P-NO、P-LPO、E-LPO含量显著升高(P<0.001)。而 P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR平均值及E-SOD、E-CAT、E-GSH-Px活性显著降低(P<0.001)。戒烟组完全戒烟0.5年后,P-NO、P-LPO、E-LPO平均值仍高于相应非吸烟组(P<0.05),P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR含量及 E-SOD、E-CAT、E-GSH-Px平均值仍低于相应非吸烟组(P<0.05)。但完全戒烟1年后,其上述指标的平均值与相应非吸烟组相仿(P>0.05)。结论 Objective To study the effects of nitric oxide and other free radicals on antioxidative capacity of smokers. Methods Plasma concentrations of nitric oxide(P-NO),vitamin C(P-VC), vitamin E(P-VE) , β-carotene(P-β-CAR) , lipoperoxides(P-LPO)and erythrocyte activities of superoxide dismu-tase (E-SOD) ,catalase (E-CAT) , glutathione peroxidase (E-GSH-Px)and erythrocyte concentration of lipoperoxidex(E-LPO)in 1254 smokers (smoker group)and 524 non-smokers (non-smoker group)were determined and compared. At the same time,73 smokers who stopped smoking for 0. 5 year and on year respectively were also had these paramenters determined and compared. Results Compared with the non-smoker group,the average values of P-NO,P-LPO and E-LPO in the smoker group were very significantly increased(P<0.001),whereas the average values of P-VC, P-VE, P-β-CAR,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Px were very significantly decreased(F<CO. 001). With 73 smokers who stopped smoking for 0. 5 year,their average values of P-NO,P-LPO and E-LPO were significantly decreased(F<0. 05)but still higher than those of the correspondent non-smoker group(P<0. 05) ;while their average values of P-VC,P-VE,P-β-CAR,E-SOD,E-CAT and E-GSH-Px were as yet lower than those of the correspondent non-smoker group(P<0. 05). There were no significant differences(P>0. 05)of the above values between the stopped smoking group and the correspondent non-smoker group after stopped smoking for one year. Conclusions Oxygen free radicals reaction and peroxidative reaction in the bodies of the smokers were aggravated,and this aggravation could be one of factors leading to the weakening of antioxidative capacity in the smokers. After stopped smoking for one year, these above indexes in the smokers will be resumed to normal.
