摘要
自行研制了差压预冷模拟试验台 ,测试了不同条件下番茄的中心温度 ,分析了不同送风温度、送风速度、开孔大小和番茄摆放方式对预冷速度的影响 ,揭示了番茄差压预冷的冷却规律 。
In this paper, a testboard for the pressure difference pre cooling of tomatoes in cartons was established. The central temperature of tomatoes was measured. The pre cooling time of tomatoes was discussed under the influence of different wind velocities, wind temperature, bore diameter and different arrangement of tomatoes. The test results showed the characteristics of the pressure difference pre cooling of tomatoes in cartons,which provides theoretical basis for design of tomato pressure difference precooling system.
