摘要
目的 :研究乳酸左氧氟沙星的体外抗菌活性。方法 :采用两倍稀释法对临床分离的 8种细菌进行体外抗菌试验。结果 :该药对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌甚为敏感 ,其MIC50 为 0 0 5mg·L-1,MIC90 为 0 2 0mg·L-1,MBC50 为 0 0 5mg·L-1,MBC90 为 0 39mg·L-1。结论
Objective:Studies on antibacterial activity in vitro of levofloxacin lactate.Methods:Double-diluted method was adopted to test in vitro antibacterial action against the eight species of bacteria separated in clinic.Results:Levofloxacin lactate had good activities against S.aureus and S.pneumoniae , the MIC 50 were 0 05 mg·L -1 , MIC 90 were 0 20 mg·L -1 ;MBC 50 were 0 05 mg·L -1 ,MBC 90 were 0 39 mg·L -1 .Conclusion:The antibacterial activities of levofloxacin lactate were higher than that of ofloxacin.
