摘要
目的 :评价乌苯美司对肺鳞癌化疗病人免疫功能的影响及其在抗肿瘤治疗中的辅助作用。方法 :5 6例未手术肺鳞癌病人分为试验组 3 4例及对照组 2 2例 ,2组病人均行CAP方案化疗 ,试验组加服乌苯美司 3 0mg每日 1次共 6mo。观察治疗前、治疗后 3和 6mo化疗疗效和病人淋巴细胞绝对计数 ,OKT4/OKT8,NK细胞活性 ,血清IL 2 ,SIL 2R水平的变化情况。结果 :近期化疗疗效及免疫综合疗效 2组间无统计学差异。治疗 3 ,6mo后 ,试验组OKT4/OKT8和NK细胞胞活性均较治疗前明显提高。NK细胞活性 ,2组间比较差异有显著意义。治疗后 6mo ,2组病人血清SIL 2R水平均较治疗前降低。结论 :乌苯美司对肺鳞癌化疗病人的免疫功能有一定程度的改善作用。
AIM: To evaluated the effect of ubenimex on host immunity in the patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung and its adjuvant therapeutic effects. METHODS: Fifty six patients with inoperable squamous cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the test group and the control group. Thirty four patients of the test group received chemotherapy combined with ubenimex 30 mg po , daily for 6 mo. Twenty two patients of the control group received chemotherapy alone. The effect of chemotherapy and LC absolute counts, IL 2 value, the level of soluble interleukin 2 receptor, the activity of NK cell and the OKT 4/OKT 8 before treatemnt and 3, 6 mo after treatment were observed. RESULTS: Fifty two patients (32 in the test group and 20 in the control group) were evaluated. The objective response of chemotherapy and the comprehensive results of immunotherapy in the patients were not significantly different between the test group and the control group. Three months and 6 mo after treatment, in the test group, the IL 2 value, NK cell activity and OKT 4/OKT 8 ratio of the patients were significantly increased and the SIL 2R level was significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, whereas in the control group, there were no significant changes observed in the values of above mentioned indicators of the patients except the SIL 2R level. Three months and 6 mo after treatment, the activity of NK Cell of the patients in the test group was higher than that of the patients in the control group ( P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: It is suggested that ubenimex can improve the host immunity in the patients with squamous cell lung cancer. But further study on larger cases and long period follow up will also be needed before defining the conclusion.
