摘要
目的 :研究关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法 :46例膝关节骨关节炎患者 ,5 2个患膝经关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗 ,观察治疗前后的疗效和膝关节功能变化。结果 :关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎总有效率为 92 .31% ,患者膝关节功能明显改善。结论 :关节腔内注射透明质酸钠是治疗膝关节骨关节炎的一种安全、有效的方法 ,具有较好临床应用价值。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of intraarticular sodium hyaluronate for treatment on osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Method: To observe the therapeutic effects and the changes of functional index before and after the therapy. Result: The percentage of clinical improvement was about 92.31%, and the function of the involved lower extremities was enhanced. Conclusion: The clinical efficiency of hyaluronate is fairly good.
