摘要
针对抚顺石油化工公司乙烯装置扩容改造后 ,蒸汽系统失去操作弹性 ,工况无法进行调整 ,造成能耗和生产成本偏高 ,运行可靠性下降等问题 ,利用有效的优化调度方法 ,建立了蒸汽系统热平衡优化计算的数学模型 ,通过优化计算分析蒸汽系统变工况的性能和诊断系统能耗高的症结所在 ,提出节能改造方案 ,并对改造后的蒸汽系统实施优化调度和管理。实施结果表明 :蒸汽系统恢复了操作弹性 ,可节省高压蒸汽 8t/h ,每年节约经费 10 0 0万元 ,实现了节能减耗、提效的目的。
Some problems, such as loss of operation elasticity of the steam system, higher energy consumption and production cost, and descent of running stability, were emerged after the capacity expansion of the ethylene plant in Fushun Petrochemical Company. An effective optimization and dispatch method was introduced to build a mathematical model for heat balance calculation of the steam system. The performance of the steam system under variable conditions was calculated and analyzed, and the crux of high energy consumption was diagnosed. An energy conservation scheme was proposed and optimal dispatch and management of the reformed steam system was realized. After the scheme put into effect, the operation elasticity was recovered and 8t/h high pressure steam was saved.
