摘要
介绍了使用国产膜分离器的氢提纯装置在安庆石化公司炼油厂加氢精制装置上的工业应用情况。结果认为 ,膜分离器与脱硫装置的组合工艺适合于加氢尾气提纯 ,该装置具有操作弹性大、维护费用低、性能稳定可靠的特点。在设计工况下 ,膜分离器的氢回收率为 95 .3% ,渗透气中氢纯度为 92 .2 % ,均优于设计指标。回用氢中的H2 S基本脱除干净 ,可满足加氢装置的生产要求 ,并可减少H2 S排放量及减轻设备腐蚀。氢提纯装置的能耗很低 ,该装置的使用可大幅降低加氢精制装置氢耗 ,降低成本约 180 0万元
Domestic produced membrane separator combined with a desulfurization column have been used at the Refinery of Anqing Petrochemical Corporation for purifying the hydrogen of the tail gas from hydrofining units. The hydrogen purification unit has the characteristics of elastic operation, low maintenance cost and stable performance. The hydrogen recovery rate was 95.3% and the hydrogen purity of the penetrated gas was 92.2% at the design capacity. The recovered hydrogen was basically free of hydrogen sulfide, which met the demand of hydrofining units. The said unit had low energy consumption, which reduced the operation cost.
