摘要
以束缚寒冷刺激为应激模型,以血清胃泌素含量变化和胃粘膜损害百分率为指标,研究了迷走神经在应激性胃粘膜损害中的作用地位。结果表明:应激后阿托品组和迷走神经切断组血清胃泌素含量显著增加,而大鼠的胃粘膜损害百分率下降。提示在应激性胃粘膜损害中,胆硷能神经起重要作用。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role played by vagus nerve inthe initiation of stress-induced gastric mucosal injury in rats.Stress was created by restrain-cold for 3 hours. We measured the area in percentage of gastric mucosal lesion and serumgastrin level. Experimental results showed that the percentage of stress-induced gastricmucosal injury was decreased by atropine and vagotomy. The serum gastrin was increasedfollowing stress in vagotomized and atropine treated rats. It is suggested that cholinergicnerve plays an important role in stress-induced gastric mucosal injury.
