摘要
视网膜静脉阻塞是严重的可致盲眼病，以往的治疗以药物和激光光凝为主。基于对疾病发生机制了解的加深，最近几年出现了新的手术治疗方法，包括用于治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的视神经鞘减压术、脉络膜视网膜吻合支形成术和用于治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的动静脉鞘膜切开术，这些手术取得了较为乐观的临床结果，在手术成功病例可提高患者视力，减少继发病变的发生。对手术的方法、结果和并发症作一初步的介绍。
Retinal vein occlusion is a serious ocular disease. Drugs and laser photocoagulation have been used as major methods for treating it. Some new surgeries have been introduced in recent years. They have shown optimal clinical results with improving vision acuity and decreasing the secondary diseases. Chorioretinal venous anastomosis and optic nerve sheath decompression are used for central retinal vein occlusion and arteriovenous advential sheathotomy for branch retinal vein occlusion. The methods,results and complications of these surgeries are reviewed here.
