摘要
介绍了神光III预研计划能源模块电路设计方法及参数选择原则 ,详细分析了电源系统可能存在的各种故障情况 ,在此基础上提出了电源系统故障保护的方法和对策 ,这对于电源系统的设计和安全运行具有十分重要的意义。实验结果表明 ,所研制的脉冲电源满足系统要求。
This paper presented the circuitry design and principle of parameters choice of the energy module for SG-III high power laser. All possible faults of high pulsed power supply were analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis and computation, the protective strategy and technology was put forward. It is helpful for the design and safe operation of high power supply and laser amplifier system. The experiments showed that the manufactured pulsed power supply met the system requirements.
