摘要
结合工作实际论述了国家高技术产业发展项目的内容及特点。通过实例分析 ,找出了该类项目存在的技术、市场风险等问题 ,提出了评价中应注意的主要问题 ,以使评价结论更为客观合理 。
The article discusses the contents and characteristics of high-tech industrialization projects in the light of practical conditions.By means of analyzing the actual cases,problems of industrialization technology and risks of market etc.facing the project will be founded.Meanwhile,the article puts forward the major points needing attention in the evaluation,to make the evaluation more objective and reasonable as well as to be the foundation of strategic decision of earlier stage.
