摘要
中小企业是推动经济发展的基石。然而 ,我国中小企业在发展中面临很多困难 ,尤其是中小企业服务体系建设滞后。借鉴经验 ,就建立和健全中小企业服务体系的必要性和措施进行了探讨。
Medium-and small-sized enterprises are the basis of economic development.Therefore,medium-and small-sized enterprises in China face many diffculties,paricularly that their service system is under-developed.This article, based on the experience of other countries,discusses the necessity and manner for the establishment of a service system for these enterprises .
