摘要
西方福利国家的转型同我国社会保障体制的改革既有差别 ,但两者之间也存在着某些相似或共同之处。其改革或转型的经验 ,对我国也有值得借鉴的地方。本文在比较研究的基础上对我国社会保障体制的改革提出了若干思考。
There exists a difference as well as a similarity between transformation of well-being countries in the western world and the reform of the Chinese social security system. It is beneficial to draw a lesson from their experiences. Based on a comparative study, this paper puts forward some suggestions for reforming the Chinese social security system.
