摘要
当前高校师资培养工作正面临着新的形势和问题 ,本文分析了这些挑战和机遇 ,在此基础上提出了加强和改进师资培养工作的对策和建议。
At present College teachers' training work is facing a new situation and new problems. This article has put forward strategies and suggestion to intensify and improve the teachers' training work by analysing these challenges and opportunities.
