摘要
给出了常见失效分布失效机理不变的条件及加速系数的表达式及适用于加速寿命试验的失效分布 ,并对时间折算公式及加速寿命试验的基本假设进行了讨论。
The conditions of common failure mechanism and the expression of acceleration factor of the common failure distributions and the suitable failure distributions of accelerated life testing were presented. The time conversion formula and the basic hypotheses of accelerated life testing were discussed.
