摘要
目的观察苯并吡喃衍生物对正常小鼠及四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响.方法通过随机分组,灌胃给药、对比,确定苯并吡喃衍生物对小鼠血糖的影响.结果苯并吡喃衍生物对正常小鼠血糖无影响,对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠有降血糖作用.结论4 b药有显著降血糖作用,其它各药均有轻度降血糖作用.
Objective To observe the effect of Benzo pyran derivatives on normal rats and blood sugar of rats by Tetra oxygen pyrimidine.Methods To establish the effect of Benzo pyran derivatives on rats by grouping randomly and giving medicine.Results The Benzo pyran derivatives have nothing to do with normal rats,but they can decrease density of blood sugar of rats by Tetra oxygen pyrimidine.Conclusion The medicine 4b can decrease the density of blood sugar,the other medicines can do it slightly.
