摘要
本文对硫脲的间接离子色谱分析方法进行了研究 ,确定了硫脲氧化为SO4 2 - 从而作离子色谱分析的氧化条件。本分析方法在浓度为 5 0 0mg·L- 1— 2 5 0 0mg·L- 1(以SO4 2 - 计 )范围内线性相关系数为 0 9995 ,检出限为 0 2 1mg·L- 1,相对标准偏差小于 1% ,加标回收率为 99 0 %— 10 2 %。该方法具有操作简单、快速、灵敏、准确等特点 ,适宜于水样中硫脲的微量分析。
Indirect determination of thiourea by ion chromatography is studied. Oxidation conditions of thiourea to sulfate are concluded. Linear correlative coefficient between 5.00mg·L -1 and 25 00mg·L -1 is 0 9995, relative standard deviation is less than 1%, rate of recovery by standard addition is 99 0%-102%. It shows that the method is simple, fast, sensistive and accurate for microdetermination of thiourea.
