盐度对白骨壤和秋茄幼苗叶细胞质膜硝酸还原酶活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以两相分配法从红树植物白骨壤和秋茄幼苗叶中提取的高纯度质膜囊泡为材料 ,鉴定出质膜硝酸还原酶 (NR)的存在 ,白骨壤幼苗叶质膜 NR与胞质 NR比较活性较低 ,但二者均与反应体系Na Cl浓度有关 ;白骨壤和秋茄幼苗叶细胞质膜 NR活性也受培养液盐度的影响 :在一定盐度范围内(白骨壤 0‰~ 30‰ ;秋茄 0‰~ 2 0‰ ) NR活性随盐度增高而增强 ,白骨壤在 30‰盐度时活性达到最高 ,比对照高 89.5 % ,秋茄在 2 0‰盐度时 NR活性比对照增强 192 % .当盐度更高时 ,NR活性下降 .表明 :两种红树植物对 NO3-的吸收和利用均受培养盐度的影响 ,秋茄对盐度的反应较白骨壤敏感 . Nitrate reductase (NR) activity was identified in the plasma membrane vesicles of leaves for and K.candel seedlings by two-phase partitioning. In A.marina, the activity of NR was much lower than that in cytoplasm, but they were both affected by NaCl concentration. And the activity of NR in the plasma membrane of leaves for A.marina and K.candel seedlings was also affected by culture salinity: NR activity increased within certain range of culture salinity (A.marina: 0~30‰; K.candel: 0~20‰), while higher salinity inhibited its activity. The optimal salinity was 30‰ for A.marina and 20‰ for K.candel, In comparison, K.candel was more sensitive to salinity than A.marina.
