本文介绍了作者赴德培训学习、听取讲座、参观考察、交流探讨的基本情况 ,对西欧特别是对德国高等教育的发展和现状作了较深层次的剖析 。
This article introduces the writer's basic experience of having a training course, lectures visits inspections exchanges and discussions while he was staying in Germany. By making a comparatively thorough analysis of German higher education's development and the current situation, the writer advances five valuable suggestions on the higher education in our country.
