摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT血管造影临床诊断价值。方法 对25例血管病变行螺旋CT血管造影检查及三维重建,三维重建方法采用最大强度投影法(MIP)、表面遮盖显示法(SSD)和多层面重建法(MPR)。结果 螺旋CT血管造影及三维重建能较清楚显示正常血管形态和病变。其中颅内动脉瘤5例,动静脉畸形7例,左侧颈内动脉海绵窦瘘1例,右侧前交通动脉狭窄1例,腹主动脉瘤2例,肾动脉狭窄3例,腹主动脉夹层动脉瘤1例,正常5例。结论 螺旋CT血管造影是诊断血管病变的一种无创伤性的检查方法,有较高的临床诊断价值。
To evaluate climeal value of spiral CT angiography (SCTA) . Methods Spiral scannings were performed ou 25 patients with vascular diseases. Three; Dimensional models were recenstructed by surface shaded display and maximum intensity projection. Results The three - dimensional reconstruction of SCTA could clearly display the vascular anatomy, pathological conditions. In 25 cases with spiral CT angiography, 5 cases with mtracramal aneurysrn, 7 cases with artcrrovenous malformation, 1 case with carotid - cavernous fistula, 1 case with stenosis of the right anterior communicating artery, 2 cases with pars abdominalis aortic ancurysm, 3 cases with stenosis of renahs aortae, 1 ease with pars abdominalis aortic dissection were found, and 5 cases were normal. Conclusion SCTA is a noninvasive and effective angiographic method in diagnosis of vascular diseases. SCTA has important diagnostic value and significance in diagnosis.
