摘要
本文阐述了水热合成粉体的一般原理及其与其它方法相比的特点。讨论了水热合成BaTiO3 粉体的基本机理 (包括原位转变机理和溶解—沉淀机理 )。
It is reviewed about hydrothermal synthesis of barium titanate powder in this paper. The formation mechanism (in-situ transformation mechanism and dissolution-precipitation mechanism) and reaction conditions (reaction time、temperature,precursors,Ba/Ti molar ratio et al) have been discussed. It is also discussed about the effect of synthesis conditions on powder's property.
