说好普通话是教师必备的业务素质。实施素质教育就要采取有效措施 ,通过创造良好语言环境 。
As a teacher in China, one must speak mandarin well for it is a professional qualification. In order to carry out quality oriented education and enhance the students' basic skill in teachers college, we should take effective measures, create good language environment and strengthen the teaching of Mandarin.
