中国人卵母细胞中联会复合体的电镜分析

摘要 运用表面铺展SDS处理、硝酸银染色的电镜观察技术 ,分析了 5例中国胎儿卵母细胞中联会复合体的发育情况 .结果表明 :引起神经管损伤的因子对卵母细胞中同源染色体配对行为无影响 ;中国人卵母细胞中同源染色体开始配对可能发生在胎龄 1 4周之前 . The developments of synaptonemal complexes in five Chinese foetal oocytes are studied by electron microscopy with a surface spread preparation, SDS treatment, silver staining. The results are as follows: first, the developments of synaptonemal complex in five fetuses are normal. Its is illustrated that the factors of destroying nervous system don't interfere with the behavior of homologous pairing in oocytes. Second, there are leptotene, zygotene, pachytene and diplotene oocytes in embryo at the 14th weeks of gestation. It showed that the homologous chromosome pairing in Chinese oocytes occurs ahead of the 14th weeks of gestation.
