摘要
介绍茶叶中茶多酚的结构、特性、用途 .比较了目前采用提取茶叶中茶多酚配制精细化工产品与直接用茶叶水配制洗发水的情况 ,提出了直接用茶叶水生产茶洗发水产品的建议 .
This paper presents the structure,properties and uses of ployphenols,and makes a comparison between preparing fine chemicals by means of purifying tea ployphenols from tea and direct producing shampoos from tea water.The author submits suggestion of direct producing shampoos from tea water.
