摘要 介绍了国际和国内钾肥 ,尤其是硫酸钾市场的概况 ,以及硫酸钾对提高作物产量和品质的重要性。作者认为我国已开始进入钾肥生产发展的高峰期 。 Introduced in this article are both global and domestic market for potassic fertilizer,and potassium sulfate in particular,as well as the importance of potassium sulfate to increasing yield and improving quality of agricultural crops The author opines that China is seeing a development peak of potassic fertilizer production,and attention shall be paid to advices from experts on present situation of potash production development Key words potassic fertilizer,potassium sulfate,project for enhancing K application,Mannheim processg Normal University, Beijing 100875, China) Abstract The electrochemical behavior of mitoxantrone interaction with DNA at a Ni/GC modified electrode was studied by linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry. In 0.05 mol/L Tris 0.5mol/L NaCl solution (pH=7.1), the reaction of DNA with MX formed an electrochemically nonactive complex, resulting in a decrease in the MX equilibrium concentration and its reduction current. The composition of the complex was n (MX)∶ n (DNA)=2∶1. The combining constant was 1.61×10 12 . The electrode reaction rate constant k 0 and the electron transfer coefficient α were 0.33 s -1 and 0.41, respectively. The decrease in peak current was proportional to DNA concentration and can be used to determine DNA concentration.
