摘要 本文就一家典型刨花板厂的产品厚度偏差进行了分析。分析结果表明,我国刨花板厚度偏差的控制水平与国际上家具用板的要求相比差距很大;因原料问题产生的厚度偏差约占总方差的55%;铺装质量和压机的共同影响约占45%,毛板重量与板厚之间存在高度显著的线性相关关系,铺装板坯纵向、横向重量波动均未达到原设备规定的质量指标。为此,笔者就降低刨花板厚度偏差问题提出了控制的方案。 Thickness variation of particleboard is one of the urgent problems which needs to be solved in the wood-based panel industry of China. In this paper, the factors of thickness variation control in a typical particleboard plant are studied by means of statistical analysis. The results are given as follows: the level of thcikness variation control is much lower than advanced world level; the thickness variation affected by mixed species as raw materials accounts for about 55% of total square deviation, and the others are affected by forruing unit and hot press; the correlation of thickness with weight of the boards is significant, and the weight fluctuation of the mat in length and width doesn′t come up to the required standards. Further more, a recommendations on controlling the thickness variation of particleboard are put forward
