摘要
砼小砌块建筑出现较严重的开裂、渗水现象，经调查、分析，系温差、干缩等自然因素及原材料自身缺陷以及施工不当等因素所致。为此，结合北海市地域特点，从砌体材料、设计构造措施及施工技术等三个方面加以改进，以期达到预防该类建筑裂、渗的目的。
Crack and water leakage occurred seriously in the small building block building of reinforced con-crete. After investigation and analysis, we found that some natural factors such as difference in tempera-ture, air shrinkage, defect in raw material and construction below standard should be responsible for the above situations. According to Beihai's peculiarities, water leakage and crack of similar buildings can be prevented by the way of improving building materials, design structure method and construction technolo- gy.
