The OpenGL3D programming principle is introducde in the thesis.It also analyse the similarities and differences in OpenGL and Windows's drawing ways.Nowday the mateial of C++Builder developing OpenGL anpplications is less,so it prensents a complete instance of OpenGL simple graphics animation using C++Builder development.
