摘要
从水泥生料配入磷渣煅烧熟料和磷渣作为混合材生产水泥两个方面分析讨论各自的利弊 ,继而分析生、熟料联合用磷渣生产水泥的可行性 ,得出生、熟料联合用磷渣生产水泥在吃废利废节能方面比只在生料或熟料中应用磷渣生产水泥能力更大 ,生产的水泥能保证早期强度 。
This paper discusses the advantages and deficiencies of using phosphor slag in raw mix proportioning before burning it into cement clinker and of directly mixing phosphor slag with ordinary cement clinker before producing cement.Analysis leads to a conclusion that it is feasible to use phosphor slag in raw meal and in cement clinker at the same time.The union method is more effective in eating phosphor slag and saving power than the single method by which phosphor slag is used either in raw meal or in clinker.Phosphor slag cement produced by the union method has a higher early and late strength.
