摘要
阐述三峡库区移民风险研究背景、现状及意义 ,在辨识移民系统风险基础上 ,构建其风险评估机制 ,建立风险控制结构模型 ,并据此提出移民风险防范及控制策略 。
This paper first expounds the backgrounds, the current state and the meanings of studying on the migration risk in Three gorges reservoir area. On the basis of identifying the migration systematic risk, it then contructs its evaluative mechanism and the control structure model. And finally, it proposes the migration risk's prevention and control strategies for providing the scientific and reasonable theory and decision for the sustainable development migration.
