生物材料静态血清接触对总补体溶血活性(CH_(50))影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 机体在抗原的作用下产生一系列免疫反应 ,血清中总补体含量的变化可反映补体活化及免疫反应程度。本文参照有关标准方法 ,选择八种生物材料 ,与血清进行体外培养 ,在不同时间内测定总补体溶血活性(CH5 0 ) ,探讨生物材料免疫反应。试验结果表明 ,八种材料接触血清测得CH5 0 值均低于对照组 ,但每种材料降低程度有所不同 ,CA和PETF降低最明显 ,CH5 0 测定值均 <40单位·ml- 1 ,而对照组为 80单位·ml- 1 。PP和BC材料的CH5 0 值与对照组结果比基本一致。PETF和PES两种材料接触不同时间 (30min ,90min ,12 0min)随时间的延长逐渐降低 ,而PETF降低较明显。该研究初步表明CA和PETF材料具有活化补体 ,降低CH5 0 值 ,提高免疫反应的作用。 Changes of total complement levels in surum can reflect immune response caused by antigen antibody reaction. Eight biomaterials were used to contact respectively with normal human serum for diffrent lengths of time to observe total hemolytic complement levels(CH 50 ). Immune responses of biomaterials were studied with standard methods. The result showed that the value of CH 50 measured often these materials were in vitro serum culture, was lower than that of the control group. But the decreases are different for different materials. The decreases of CH 50 of normal serum after being contracted with CH and PETF were less than those of other materials by 40 units. For two kinds of materials of PETF and PES, it decreased as length of time period increased (30,90 and 120 min). The longer the time contact with PETF of PES was the lower the CH 50 value of normal serum was. The results in the study suggest the CA and PETF materials can improve complement levels, in serum, can decrease CH 50 value, and can increase immune response.
