道林·夏宁方法是试验设计技术的最新进展．它是由７种方法组合而成．该方法专门设计用来寻找生产中的重要因素，并使它们以最佳参数进行组合，使产品质量大幅度提高．本文介绍了元件检索法、因素检索法和改进与现行的比较技术，并在生产实践中应用了多变图技术和改进与现行的比较技术，提高了电缆产品的质量．
D Shainin method is the newest development of the technology of experimental de- sign. It is composed of seven methods. It is designed to find the main factors in manufacture, and make the best parameter combine together to highly improve the quality of products. This paper introduces Components Search, Variables Search and BvsC, and then describes the Multi-vari- charts and BvsC applied production, which has the quality of cable highly improved.
