摘要
针对传统指针式电能表测量数据少、不易于实现电能的现代化管理的现状，采用美国 Ｃｉｒｒｕｓ Ｌｏｇｉｃ公司的新型电能计量芯片ＣＳ５４６０，设计了一种全电子式电能表．测试结果表明，本电能表不仅解决了上述问题，而且准确度很高．
For solving the problem of dial instrument with little measuring data and difficulty to manage energy in modem ways, an electronic watt-hour meter is proposed based on the chip of CS5460. Test results indicate that it is a high-accurate watt-hour meter which can not only measure true root mean square of voltage, current and energy, but also achieve modern energy management easily.
