摘要
本文研究了AuNiIn9-8合金的自润滑耐磨机理。研究结果表明,合金表面极易形成具有六方结构的In_2O_3膜,它具有类似石墨的层状滑移机理。In_2O_3在磨损中充当润剂,使得合金成为具有自润滑性的耐磨合金。同时磨损过程析出的硬质点Ni_3In相,使对磨材料接触点处的塑性变形及粘结程度下降,减少了金属转移,也有利于耐磨性的增加。
The self-lubricating wear-resistant mechanism in the AuNiIn9-3 alioy is studied. The result presents that it is very easy for the surface of the alloy to form In_2O_3 film with the structure of hexagonal close-packed crystal, which has laminal sliding mechanism similar to that of graphite during the wearing process. The In_2O_3 film becomes a kind of lubricant on the wearing surface and makes Au-9Ni-8In become an alloy with self-lubricating property. At the same time, the hard particals NiaIn seperated out from AuNiIn9-8 alloy during the wearing process which reduced plastic deformation and adhesive degree of the contro-friction materials at the contact point. It is also advantagcous to decrease the friction coefficient.
