摘要 研究了功能化的单层碳纳米管与重氮树脂高分子之间的自组装性能.经过功能化的单层碳纳米管在端头连接有羧基和羧酸根,这些基团可以同重氮树脂重氮基团作用成键,这种键是光敏性的.经紫外光照射后,羧酸根同重氮基之间转变成共价键连接,增加了自组装膜的稳定性. The self assemble film of single - walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) based on diazoresins bas been prepared on CaF2 and mica substrates. By functionalization, the ends of SWCNT were turned into the carboxyl group and carboxyl acid group, which can react with the diazo group of diazoresins via coulombic effect. The process of deposition of film on the mica substrate can be characterized with UV - vis spectra. The film is photosensitive. Under UV irradiation, the bond between carboxyl group and diazo group will change into covalent, which enhance the stability of the film. The photodecomposition of the film follows the kinetics of first - order reaction. The results of IR spectra prove the existence of the self assemble film of SWCNT and diazoresins on CaF2 substrates.
