摘要
作为循环流化床锅炉整体数学模型和控制系统研究工作的一部分 ,结合环核结构的流动数学模型 ,建立了循环流化床锅炉的传热数学模型 ,对对流传热系数和辐射传热系数随炉膛高度的变化情况以及运行参数改变对循环流化床锅炉传热特性的影响进行了仿真研究 .仿真结果表明 ,一二次风配比的改变和过量空气系数的改变都会使循环流化床锅炉的传热系数改变 ,但对对流传热系数的影响更大一些 。
Based on core annular hydrodynamic model, a model of heat transfer in circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler is developed. This model is a part of the study on overall mathematical model and control system of CFB boiler. The variation of heat transfer coefficients with furnace height and the influences of operation parameters on heat transfer in CFB are simulated and studied. Simulation results show that both excess air ratio and fraction of primary air can affect the heat transfer in CFB boiler, while convective heat transfer is more affected to the changing of operation parameters. That is to say, the changing direction of heat transfer coefficient is inverse to that of fraction of radiative heat transfer.
