摘要
厚街镇是全国著名的家具名镇，享有东方“家具之都”的美誉。它的特色经济发展经历了从改革开放初期的“三来一补”工业加工业基地，到现在的家具制造和展览中心，以及走向未来的区域物流中心。它的发展路子对镇域经济发展有一定的启发意义；外资是经济发展的推动力，特色是生命，产业结构升级是主题，营造良好的投资环境是关键，政府扶持和服务是保障。
Houjie Town is well-known hr its furniture industry in China and is honored as 'capital of furniture'. The development of Houjie Town is characterized by three stages: the initial production base, the furniture production and exhibition center, the delivery center for the region. its success lies in using foreign investment as the impetus of development, regarding speciality as life, treating structural upgrade as the main theme, good environment as the key, and government support as guarantee.
