IMPROVEMENT OF MINERAL PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY IN QINGYUAN LEAD-ZINC MINE

摘要 根据原矿的性质优化选矿流程 ,将易选的巨鸟洞矿石通过粗精再磨再选 ,直接浮选生产高品位、高质量的铅精矿和锌精矿。较难处理的老鹰岩矿石先混合浮选 ,产出铅锌混合精矿 ,然后用摇床分选出部分铅精矿。总的产品有铅精矿 (Pb71.2 4% ,Zn 3.42 %和Pb75 .79% ,Zn 2 .44% )、锌精矿 (Zn 5 7.82 % ,Pb 0 .81% )和铅锌混合精矿 (Pb 18.42 % ,Zn 36 .0 4% )。铅锌回收率由两种矿混合处理生产铅精矿和锌精矿时的Pb 81.84% ,Zn 80 .1%提高到Pb 91.6 8% ,Zn 91.8%。与两种矿混合处理相比 ,虽然吨矿产值相近 ,前者为 2 46 .76元 /t原矿 ,后者为 2 44.33元 /t原矿 ,但生产成本由 14 7.18元 /t原矿降到 110 .82元 /t原矿 。 The ores from different mining spots are treated individually based on their characteristics, instead of processing together. The minerals in the ore from Juniaodong Mine in Qingyuan Lead and Zinc Mining Corp., Zhejiang province can be concentrated and separated easily, the high grade lead concentrate and zinc concentrate are produced in conventional flotation process respectively. The refractory ore from Laoyingyan is treated by bulk flotation, then the lead concentrate is partly separated from bulk concentrate of lead and zinc by shaking tables. The products are high quality lead concentrate (Pb71.24%, Zn 3.42% and Pb75.79%, Zn 2.44%), high quality zinc concentrate (Zn 57.82%, Pb 0.81%), and bulk concentrate of lead and zinc (Pb 18.42%, Zn 36.04%). The metals recoveries, Pb 91.68%, Zn 91.8%, are much higher than Pb 81.84%, Zn 80.1% by processing together. Although the output value, 244.33 RMB/t ore, is similar with the original 246.76 RMB/t ore, the production cost, 110.82 RMB/t ore, is much lower than the former, 147.18 RMB/t ore.
