摘要
利用乳化炸药产生的冲击波合成物质在国内外文献中还鲜见报导。采用轴对称爆炸合成装置 ,通过乳化炸药爆炸冲击波合成TiC时对圆柱形试件断面的SEM分析 ,探讨TiC的生成反应机理和生成过程。结果表明 ,Ti和C粉的混合物在冲击波作用下 ,首先发生Ti的熔化 ,然后C扩散溶解 ,两者发生反应生成TiC。
The mechanism and process of titanium carbide synthesis with shock wave in cylindrical ampoule is studied by SEM analyses of the cross section of product sample Results show that the mixture of titanium and carbon powders are affected by shock wave, titanium melts firstly, then carbon diffuses and dissolves in melted metal, and reacts with titanium to form TiCx, finally dissolved carbon combines with TiCx, synthesis of titanium carbide, TiC, is completed
