摘要
研制了一种铝合金熔体净化新型熔剂JDN-I。分析了该熔剂发生作用的机理,实验结果表明,同无熔剂覆盖相比,通过发生一系列的物理和化学反应,JDN-I熔剂可使 A356和 Al99.9熔体在 720℃时的含氢量分别由 0.30 mL/100gAl下降到0.09mL/100gAl和从0.25mL/100gAlg下降到0.14mL/100gAl,而在700℃时的含氢气量分别由0.18mL/l00gAl下降到0.08mL/100gAl和从0.19mL/100gAl下降到0.12mL/100gAl,除气效果显著。
The degassing effect of a new flux JDN -I containing RE compounds was investigated. The experimental results indicate that in comparison with by no flux, by covering the flux on the melt at 720℃ ,the hydrogen content of A356 melt has been decreased from 0.30mL /100gAl to 0.09mL /100gAl and that of A199.9 melt from 0.25mL/100gAl to 0. 14ml/100gAl, and at 700℃ ,the hydrogen content of A356 melt has been decreased from 0.18mL/100gAl to 0.08mI/100gAl and that of A199.9 melt from 0.19mL /100gAl to 0.12mL /100gAl. The degassing mechanism of the flux has been aslo discussed simply.
