摘要
所研制的具有稳定残留奥氏体薄膜的无碳化物贝氏体 /马氏体复相钢 ,出现第一类回火脆性的温度范围提高到 370℃以上。由此可以通过提高回火温度改善钢的韧性 ,降低钢的氢脆敏感性。经 36 0℃回火后 ,所研钢的σb 为 15 80MPa,AKU为 81J ,该钢的KISCC值超过 5 0MPa·m1/ 2 。
The carbide free bainite/martensite duplex microstructure(CFB/M)with thin film of stable retained austenite is obtained after austenitizing and air cooling.The temperature region of low temperature tempering embrittlement is over 370℃ in the novel carbide free bainite/martensite duplex phase steel.Toughness and susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement of the steel could be improved as increasing tempering temperature below 370℃.After tempering at 360℃,the UTS of the steel is 1580MPa,impact energy,A KU ,is 81J and the K ISCC value excesses 50MPa·m 1/2 .
