摘要
拉拔钢丝表层出现白亮带 ,通过对拉拔钢丝的能谱成分、高低倍组织及热处理试验试样的组织分析 ,结果表明拉拔钢丝表层白亮带组织是马氏体 ,该马氏体的形成与拉丝模孔型超差、润滑条件不良等引起的瞬间高温有关 。
Surface bright band of drawn steel wire appears during drawing.The energy spectrum composition,macro and micro scopic structure as well as structure after heat treatment is analyzed.The results show that structure of the bright band is martensite.The formation of this martensite is related to instantaneous high temperature caused by drawing die error in hole and bad lubricating condition and etc.,but it isn′t due to wire rod quality.
