消黄灵注射液退黄降酶实验研究

摘要 目的 :观察消黄灵注射液对α 萘异硫氰酸酯 (ANIT)和四氯化碳 (CCl4 )两种肝毒剂造成大鼠肝损伤的保护和退黄降酶作用。方法 :应用ANIT致大鼠“黄疸”模型 ;CCl4 致大鼠“高酶”模型。以大鼠肝功能和肝病理改变为判断指标 ,对消黄灵注射液的保肝退黄降酶疗效进行实验。结果 :肝功测定结果表明 ,5 0 %消黄灵注射液 10ml·kg-1,(相当生药 5g)显著降低ANIT肝损伤大鼠血清胆红素的含量 ,明显减轻大鼠肝细胞的损伤 ;对CCl4 致肝损伤大鼠血清转氨酶含量的降低效果不明显 ,但肝组织病理镜检可见肝细胞损伤比中毒对照大鼠明显减轻。结论 :消黄灵注射液对ANIT和CCl4 Objective:To observe the effect of recded jaundice and reduced enzyme of XiaoHuangLing(XHL) on hepaticinjury rats models of a Naphythalisocyanate(ANIT) and CCl 4 were studied in this paper Methods: Two hepatic injury rat models of ANIT and CCl 4 were used and index of liver function were judged by the recded jaundice and reduced enzyme of XHL in the experiments respectively Results:The examined result of liver function showed that in ANIT intoxicating rats ,after treatment with XHL (10 ml·kg -1 ) ip ,the serum bilirubin (SB) was significatly lower than the control groups and in CCl 4 intoxicating rats model, after treatment with XHL (10 ml·kg -1 ) ip ,the serum ALT was not significantly lower compared with the control groups The pathological examination showed that XHL could alleviate the condition of the degeneration and necrosis of hepatic cells in the intoxicating rats Conclusions: The results suggested that XHL have protective hepatic cells and have decreasing the content of SB on ANIT hepatic injury
