摘要
开发区是一个相对独立的社区 ,也是一个处于社会变迁过程中的特殊社区 ,既不同于现有的城市 ,也不同于现有的农村。开发区要在组织、服务、制度、精神文明等方面加强社区建设 ,以改善投资环境 ,加快经济发展 ,加快城市化进程。
Economic developmental zones are relatively independent communities, communities in the process of social transformation. On the other hand, they are different from cities or rural areas. Community construction in China should speed up in organization, services, systems and regulations, and spiritual civilization, so as to improve the environment for investment, to accelerate economic growth and to speed up the process of urbanization.
