Fire prevention and Extinguishing Techninque with Filling Nitrogen into Gob Area of Fully Mechanized Face with Caving Method

摘要 作者详细地介绍了龙凤矿综采放顶煤工作面注氮工艺过程及注氮前后有关参数的观测及变化情况。 S■ontaneous combustion in gob area is one of key factors influencing in successful caving method. Using the experience of other countries for reference, Longfeng Coal Mine, Fushun Coal Burean, tested filling nitrogen into gob area in -520 level floor pillars for fire extingushing in 1988, which is the first test of llingnitrogen for fire extinguishing in fully mechanized face with caving method.134 kt ROM were worked out from the fully mechanized face for 10 months while 0.966 million m^3 of nitrogen was filled into gob area, and there was not any fire. After successful test, fire prevention and extinguishing technique was used at No.5202, No.5701 and No.7201 fully mechanized faces with caving method and satisfactory results have been got. The paper briefs on general situation of the faces,details process of filling nitrogen, observation parameters before and after filling nitrogen, and change of parameters.
