摘要
钱钟书、王朝闻两位先生都在文艺创作中取得杰出的成就，都以博大精深的学问、著作等身的建树和伟大的人格力量，为中国２０世纪文艺美学的发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。文章从他们在文艺学研究中辨识精微、阐述细致的学术风范，以及行为处事、学术思维和文字表达上鲜明的个性特征等方面，对他们的学术成就和人格力量进行了比较。
Both QIAN Zhongshu and WANG Chaowen have made indelible contributions to the development of literary esthetics in twentieth-century China marked not only by extensive knowledge and profound scholarship and great personality integrity, but also by splendid attainments in creative work. In this paper is made a comparative resean2h on their academic achievements and personality integrity in such aspects as exquisite discrimination and meticulous description and expressiveness in literary studies, and distinct traits in academic thinking, etc.
