摘要
对人为旁路接地保护的关键技术问题,即如何正确无误地选相作了详细的论述,并采取保证只有发生单相接地和单相漏电时,人为旁路装置才会将故障接地的技术措施。该装置已通过了工业性运行试验,并于1990年底通过了技术鉴定。
This articte discusses in detail the key technical probtem of artificial bypass earth protection, i.e. how to make correct and errorless phase selection, and make provision for adopting the technical measure for assuring the fault to be grounded throuph the artificial bypass device only when single phase teakape and single phase ground occur. This device has passed the iudustrial operation test and the technical appraisal at the end of 1990.
