摘要
对基于ＩＰ流量数据的网络计费系统进行了分析，讨论了一个具体的模型及其实现办法，提出 了应用ＳＮＭＰ协议来进行ＩＰ流量数据的采集，并利用ＪＡＶＡ语言进行计费系统关键部分实现的 方案。
This paper analyses it puts forward the gatherin g of the IP＇s flow rate data through the application of SNMP＇S agreement counting fees system the netwo rd of IP＇s flow rate data. The concrete model and its realization method have be en discussed. And make use of the JAVA＇s language to prompt the realization of t he part of counting fees system hinge.
