摘要
以对氯甲苯为原料 ,经催化氯化制取 2 ,4 二氯甲苯。对不同催化剂及其用量、反应温度及氯气流量等因素对 2 ,4 二氯甲苯的产率和选择性的影响进行了研究。在最佳工艺条件下 ,2 ,4 二氯甲苯在反应产物中含量可达6 6 .4% ,选择性达 85
Taking p chlorotoluene as raw material,2,4 Dichlorotoluene was synthesized via catalytic chlorination process.The effects of different type and amount of catalysts,reaction temperature,and flow rate of chlorine gas on the yield and selectivity of 2,4 dichlorotoluene were investigated.Under the optimal reaction condition,the concentration of 2,4 dichlorotoluene in the reaction products could achieve 66.4%,and the selectivity was 85%,which has provided the basic data for commercial enlargement.
