摘要
丰产群体和一般群株植株叶片和茎秆的还原糖含量及日变化都随叶片光合作用的节奏有明显的昼高夜低的日变化规律。丰产群体植株块茎还原糖含量及日变化幅度,在块茎形成至块茎增长期间,明显高于一般群体,其含量有夜高昼低的日变化趋势,一般群体日变幅很小,无明显峰值。后期两群体日变化趋势相同,日变幅极小。全生育期两群体叶片还原糖含量呈递减趋势,茎秆和块茎呈抛物线形变化,且茎秆的含量和日变幅始终最高,其次是叶片,块茎最低。日高峰值出现的时间,依次为叶片、茎秆和块茎,体现了马铃薯“源”、“流”、“库”代谢的协调关系。
The reducing sugar content in leaves and stems of both the high-yield andcommon-yield poputation plants is high in the daytime,and low at night.Similarly,its diural variation is greater in the daytime than at night.Thereducing sugar content and its diurnal variation range in high-yield populationtubers are obviously higher than those in common-yield population tubers,withthe same trend as above.During the whole growing period,the content of reducing sugar graduallydecreases in leaves of both populations,and changes parabolically in stems andtubers,with the highest content and the greatest diurnal variation range instems,the next in leaves,and the lowest in tubers.
